Some twenty years of consciously working on my own personal growth have given me a profound respect for the struggles we all face as humans. After years of intensive meditation, yoga practice and working towards being ordained as a Buddhist monk, I realized the importance of intimacy, love and psychological healing.
I found psychotherapy to have the power to help us find true intimacy with both others and ourselves. For those that are interested in the terminology, I use a psychodynamic, neo-Kleinian framework that incorporates mindfulness based, cognitive-behavioral techniques. I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Hakomi and Process Work.
